LOCK, STOCK AND TWO SMOKING CELEBS

I'm not what you'd call a dedicated celeb-watcher, but this story caught my attention.
She's got £300m, he's got £30m, but...the Guy doesn't want a penny

THE marriage of Madonna and Guy Ritchie has been dogged by bitterness and recrimination for YEARS — and any notion that they have battled to save it is a myth.

The couple are said to be just days away from finalising their split.

And Guy has told lawyers he wants “not one penny” of her estimated £300million fortune.

We can reveal that Madonna launched divorce proceedings against Guy after levelling a series of accusations against him — portraying him as a cruel and selfish husband.

He doesn't want a penny; good for him. While I really couldn't give a crap about Madonna, whose 15 minutes of fame have gone on waaaaayyy too long, I do have an interest in this whole situation. You see, Guy Ritchie directed two of the coolest movie ever made: Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels and Snatch. Snatch was released the year Ritchie and Madonna got married. And sadly, he hasn't made a good movie since. Mind you, I'm not blaming Madonna for this... OK, I am blaming her. She may not really be at fault, but I can't stand her. So, as far as I'm concerned, her self-absorbed, Kabbalah-practicing, too-skinny ass is to blame.

I guess we'll find out in time if my theory is correct. Guy Ritchie's next movie, RocknRolla is due out in a few weeks. And his Sherlock Holmes, with Robert Downey, Jr, is coming out next near. Could be awesome. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Here's the trailer for RocknRolla.
