You thought I was kidding, didn't you? Well check this out, the naked crime wave continues:

Man pulled from potty, waist deep in waste

LEBANON - Shannon Hunter told rescuers who came to cut him out of a portable potty Sunday that he was there because he had to go to the bathroom, authorities said.

He didn't tell them why he took off all his clothes and climbed or fell into the tank, wedging himself up to his waist in a soup of chemicals and sewage.

"Inquiring minds want to know," Lebanon police Chief William Harvey said. "It defies sober logic."

The operative word here being "sober." And was he? Yeah, right.

Police charged him with public drunkenness, and the public safety department charged him with a health code violation.

Looks like criminal stupidity isn't included in the penal laws of PA. Sadly, this is the case in most (if not all) states.

So, what's next folks? We've had naked thefts and burglaries. And now a naked porta-potty diver. It's only a matter of time before we see a wave of naked carjackings, naked drug smuggling, and naked turnstile-jumping in the subways. Dark days ahead, I fear.
