Took care of a few last-minute items today. I reserved a rental car. The "full-sized" car cost a whopping $1.15 more than the smaller "standard." Since that'll barely pay for a quarter gallon of gas, I figured I might as well splurge. More leg room for the kids equals less whining at Mom and Dad.
I also picked up a couple pairs of shorts and a couple short-sleeved shirts. I needed new warm-weather clothes anyway.
Nothing left to do now but gas up my car, wash a few things, and pack. Oh yeah, and call home. Gotta make sure everyone else is following Don Logan's advice. Don doesn't appreciate being ignored. And I want tomorrow to go smoothly.
